Meet Holly

Hey! I'm Holly, the face behind Nolah & Me. I'm 29 and live in Worcestershire with my husband Grant, our beautiful babies Nolah & Fox and our fur clan - Cats - Coco & Romeo and cocker spaniel - Barnaby.

I've been creative from a young age and always loved designing things. In 2017, I designed my own wedding stationery which is where the initial interest in the wedding industry came from.

How it all began...

In 2020, my daughter Nolah was born and when on maternity leave from my job as a Marketing manager,  I wanted to do something to keep my brain ticking and top up my pennies! I decided to create an Etsy store selling personalised cards and prints. We were smack-bang in the middle of the pandemic and this actually gave my shop a huge boost! Everyone was buying everything online and within weeks I'd already made hundreds of sales.

My best selling item at the time was a poem that I wrote which I turned into a card. The poem was about lockdown and it was designed to send to loved ones in order to bring a little bit of comfort. It was about missing one another but how we'd be together again soon. After seeing how popular the card became and how much joy it brought to people, I knew that this was what I wanted to do and after a few months I took the plunge and handed in my notice to my current job.

I feel so lucky that my shop took off, although this didn't come without a lot of blood, sweat and tears (so many tears!) I am currently in the top percentage of Etsy sellers, selling more than 98.2% of other shops! & have now expanded into selling more than just cards and prints. I also offer wooden items and other personalised gifts. Some of which you may have seen on site already as there are lots of wedding-related products on there! Getting into the wedding industry...

 I designed all of the stationery for my own wedding after struggling to find exactly what I wanted within a reasonable price. So I'd always had an interest in this industry. Once my shop had become popular, I decided it was the perfect time to delve into weddings! It is now my most popular area and where I spend most of my time. 

​

I have had the pleasure of creating stationery for so many beautiful weddings over the last couple of years and it is something that I have a lot of passion for.  I love getting to know my brides and grooms and being a tiny part in their special day.

Driven by love...

By day, I'm a full time mommy to my 2 beautiful kids and by night, I work on my business. I use the only spare time that I have to myself to work because I love what I do so much and am so passionate about it. Nolah & Fox are my biggest motivation and I do everything for them, trying to create the best life and future possible. I hope that this love translates into my work because this is the driving force for me. Being a mom has been life's biggest blessing and it has inspired me to go on a create my own business and reach heights I never thought I could.
